Its portability allows me to move from one computer to another with simplicity and ease and it’s always ready to get to work. Write times do vary but whether writing a cd or dvd took minimal time to complete from start to finish. With this device the simple plug and play functionality made getting started very simple. However, that didn’t limit my ability to take advantage of its capabilities. In my case it wasn’t accessible with my computer that isn’t a PC.
